Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Pulley, where I focus on team development, product strategy, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable equity management solutions. My career has taken me through leadership roles across AI, Growth, Payments, and Infrastructure at companies like Figma, Webflow, Fast, Quibi, and GoFundMe.

Along the way, I've advised early-stage startups, championed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and built software systems spanning event pipelines, experimentation platforms, payments, and data warehousing.

I'm a proud immigrant from Peru 🇵🇪 and a first-generation MIT 🦫 graduate, experiences that shape how I lead, build, and connect. Outside of work, I'm powered by good coffee ☕ and driven by the rhythms of salsa, reggaeton, and hip-hop 🎧.
